Do not offer Insurance policies because you are ***********

Hollard life are offering funeral cover through Tyme Bank. Last month i app**** for funeral cover through them and i received a confirmation SMS. Since i am trying to balance out my funeral covers i wanted to see who exactly was covered through the policy and make sure that when i am charged i know what i am paying for. I called them today they said they know nothing about my policy, and transferred me to Tyme bank. What nonsense is that? Now they have my bank details and they will want to charge me at month end. Please cancel it, i do not even think you pay out when someone has a funeral. Funeral cover through Hollard is a ****. Actually even their Insurance is a ****. All i wanted a policy document but look now, i have no info
