DISTASTEFUL SERVICE BY HOLLARD INSURANCE - DESPITE EMPTY PROMISES OF PEACE OF MIND

I am utterly disappointed and feel ****** by Hollard Insurance, after moving from my previous policy companies and combining my policies to them, after years of paying them. Only to be served with a lapse letter despite efforts to them to get an active stop order and endless communication to them. Its true most of these companies take us for granted, especially when they know we dont know where to seek justice for their wrongdoing and ill-treatment towards us.
