Disgusting Service
I went to Edgars store on Monday, 13 September 2021, to claim for a new cell phone - my broken phone is irreparable, which I did explained to the consultant. The consultant then informed that my broken phone will be collected within 48 hours. After 3 days (60 hours) my phone was not collected as agreed and I haven't heard about the insurance company ever since.
