Disgusting Service

On the 03 of February 2020 I humbly request hollard not to increase my premium. I even went to their branch to fill in all necessary documents and gave them my ID copy,I even received a call from their contact Centre confirming my request but guess what hollard went ahead and increased my premium. On the March 2020 my premium had increased. I do not wish to do business with them any further and I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone and the ombudsman will be hearing about this. I am disgusted with hollard.
