Disgusting
<p>On the 15th they debited my acount with R425.79.again they debited it on the 16th!I reversed the debit on the 16th now they say I did not pay my premium.I need a letter of apology because Thai more minutes admitted it's their mistake</p>

There was a special debit order arranged by yourself for the 16th and your regular debit order for the 15th was already in the system resulting the the 2 debits.
Your premiums are up to date and you do have cover.
