Disgusted by Hollard service, I want my money today.

I have never experienced such a horrible experience with Hollard, I put in a claim 3 week ago to date I haven't received my money. Everytime I call they tell me is with accessors, I spoke to Victor the supervisor who told me the claim is being proceed and paid on the 18 June 2025, I called again now he doesn't want to take my calls, I spoke to Simphiwe and Mbali. You service is poor to the level where I cannot even explain. You deal with people that have lost their love once and you treat me like I owe you money. You not considering that I am still mourning the passing of my mother and need that money to survive. Am so disappointed and disgusted by your your supervisor Victor and Hollard it self. I want my money today.
