Disappointed in Hollard

I am very disappointed with them..I have been paying my policy for the past seven years..on the 14 of July ..a lady informed that I have to make a payment..to update it..and boom..on the 2nd of August they say it stopped..yet I had the money..I really want my policy re-instated..and to continue with it..yes I was having issues..but I payed it even wen I was unemployed..so they benefitting ..they say it lapsed in April..but I made payments after that..I really want my policy re-instated..disaponted
