disappointed by hollard funeral

i logged a claim on the 5th of october 2020 @the Empangeni btmranch by tuesday i received an sms from hollard to say my claim was aplroved it will take 24 hours. since the 7th i have been calling hollard to get an understanding of why i have not received the money.it is th 13th of october still no money from hollard.i had to borrow money from people to bary my father Mr NG Mkhize on saturday the 10th.people want their money now and i dont know what else to say to them.i am extremely heartbroken and disappointed.i wil never ever forget the servicr i am receiving from this company
