disappointed

I have a funeral policy and life cover with Hollard for 5 years now, when I called the call centre to advise I was cancelling my policy with them the consultant who was assisting me advised me that I wouldn't be refunded any premiums upon cancellation even when I haven't made any claim , she just wasn't bothered about why I was cancelling it. For a company that I have been supporting for so many years I expected a good service from them. I am so disappointed with you guys
