didn't debit
I had made arrangments to have a special debit done on my account. The agent had promised that they will deduct on Tuesday 18 March. But they haven't and the money has been sitting on account should they not find the money then they will have to pay me my bank charges. Its their fault that they didn't deduct they money.

When a debit order is arranged for a specific date, it will go off at midnight on that date. Your debit order will therefore be taken at midnight tonight.
