Dereliction of duty
One cannot keep on phoning for assistance and being transferred from pillar to post and be told to send an email. Four days later no response. Call again and I am told someone will call me as she is on lunch because my email cannot be traced. The lack of assistance is causing delays and inconveniencing me financially

13 Dec 2022, 03:28It is very disappointing that I got a call and to date no response. I gave all info and when receiving a complain from Hello Peter, my ID number is there. You HR guys gets paid for what? I cannot budget for Christmas, My baby is due anytime now, I've explained it to the lady that called me with regards to this complaint and you are the only company delaying me from claiming my UIF. If you treat previous staff like that what about clients? Kindly Call me urgently so this may be resolved or will I be ignored again or the buck shifted ?
