Delightful experience

This morning i got a call from a lady Mbali Morosi. I have funeral policies with Hollard and her call was to update me about them lapsing, schock of my life. She was so patient with my questions and clarify everything in a simplest understanding manner. I would like to recommend her for the best client service and how she listened to my confusion and ended up with a resolution. Thank you Mbali for making my day keep up the good work.
