Delayed payment

I cancelled my saving policy with Hollard insurance but they still took money when I made a refund it was a forever thing , after they intentionally inconvenienced me. I called more then 5 times telling them I started a new job I need that money for transportation but no I have received my refund it’s been 10 days today .its the waste company ever siessssss I withdraw with Old Mutual it took a couple of hours I hate this company for making my work experience so horrible after they inconvenienced me
