Deducting my monthly premium for nothing.
Hi my name is Patricia N Lehata . I’m not happy at all with your services I missed 2 months payment now I’m told my policy lapsed in 2019 but you guys have been deducting funds in my account. I can’t afford to do a bank statement from 2019 Why was I only informed now that my policy lapsed. Now I would like to request all my funds since 2019- 2020 September.
