Declined cellphone insurence claim paying premiums since 2021

Lost my phone between a period may-july. Since am not using it because of space I just keep important info. It had always in my bag, kept inside boet as I keep my stuff there. Should I use any vehicle I do the same. Cardboard with it has always been inside bag. Later noticed it was no longer there now the claim got declined because of no proof of force entry. Well I don't know how I lost it coz all other valuables are there . I need just my premiums

SC024764 ref number. All I need is my premiums I paid over years. Luckily am not owing Edgars anything, I will close that account as well. Where's the policy contract?

Please also furnish me with correspondence that mentioned the following

"We have received and assessed your claim. "After carefully reviewing all available information relating to your claim,
we cannot accept your claim for the following reason:
• Theft from unattended vehicle without proof of forcible entry or remote jamming
To understand our decision, please refer to your policy wording under section:
14 What is not covered?
There are certain times when we won’t pay a claim – these are called exclusions. We will not pay any claims that were
caused by, or related to any of the following:
14.4 Theft from an unattended vehicle unless:
14.4.1 the vehicle is locked; and
14.4.2 the item is out of view and concealed in a locked boot or locked compartment; and
14.4.3 there are clear signs of forced entry.
14.5 Theft from an unattended vehicle because of remote jamming, unless there is video footage that proves the remote
jamming.
" As an Insurer, we can only pay claims that are legitimately covered as per the terms and conditions of your policy as it
would be unfair if we failed to adhere to this standard. We sincerely hope you understand.
If you do not agree with our decision, there are various options available to you. While you may contact the
" Ombudsman at any time, or take legal action against us within 270 days, we would encourage you to please contact
us first and follow the four-step process below.
