Debit issue

Hollard is *********** and they should make sure their systems are working accurately, my debit order is suppose to go off on the 27 and its been 5 days now without being debited. which poses a question of my policy being still active because at the end it will be a problem for me to claim because of skipped payments while its their fault for not debiting on agreed date
