Death Claim

This is becoming so tiring that we have to go through guys for a claim to be paid by these insurance companies. We submitted a death claim on the first week of this month (April 2021) and I have been making follow up. I'm definitely certain that they got the claim cause at 11:07 last call I made a lady by the name of Sibongile was working on it. It's the last week of April 2021 and we still haven't received a payment from Hollard.

This is a death claim, a premium was paid now that they have to pay they're dragging their feet. I'm wondering what could be their excuse cause even that 10 working days to pay a claim has lapsed and there's no communication from Hollarf if there's any problem with the claim.

We need claim to be paid cause the deceased, my mother was paying a premium.
