Death and Disability Cover marketed by Edgars on behalf of Hollard

Good day,

I just received a call from an Edgars agent on behalf of Hollard Insurance and am traumatised as i write this complaint. Agent attempted to offer me a accidental death and disabilty cover which i politely declined but this did not stop him from insisting. I explained my reasons but he wouldn't hear it. Right at the end of the call he cursed me, he said he wishes something happens to me and hung up on me!!!!!!!!.something like a zenophobic attack because that is what he was selling to me. I am shocked by this service!!!!this agent is very rude, disrespectful, lacks morals He contacted me from the following number ********** between 12.30 and 12.36 today. I am not sure about his first name but his surname is Jack.

I hope this will get the attention it deserves and dealt with accordingly. As a customer i expect a formal apology because i feel violated, threatened and disrespected.
