DEAD BEAT HOLLARD

A while a ago i was complaining about HOLLARD LIFE not paying out a funeral policy 5 months after my moms departure. I was given the apology by Lynne and asked to sent my info and policy number to COMPLAINTS.... hahaha this is just another cover up. Lynne why could it not sent info directly to you to solve the problem. You know at COMPLAINTS it is going to land in the garbage! Nothing will be done. You should deal directly with it and SOLVE in within 24 hours....
