My name is Ndileka Maki ID nmbr *** my number *** On 3rd of NOVEMBER 2021 My mother have submitted insurance claim for my sister Vuyokazi Maki Policy no:***4 since then I have not received any feedbacks every time when my mother or me calls it’s a story after another at times thy will say it’s on a assessor or thy wil say I MST re submit to documents as m writing this complain my mother has re submitted 12 times no feedback plz help

Again on the JANUARY my step father died….Policy no:***8 still it’s stories all the time submitted my claim before the barial till today they still tell me to re submit my documents they haven’t paid any of the above policy nmbr it’s stories every day can you please assist
