Constant SMS spam despite measures to stop it

<p>Hollard insurance sends me constant spam SMS's despite my requests for them to cease and decist</p> <p>Ive registered on the national opt out database, of which Hollard is named as a participating member.</p> <p>On 6 May 2016, I made a complaint on hellopeter, which was responded to by Hollard on the same day (they agreed to stop)</p> <p>On 23 May I received another spam SMS from Hollard, which I also made a complain about (not responded to)</p> <p>The last SMS came through on 31 May. </p> <p>Its just impossible to stop this spam</p>
