Conspiracy to cheat you

I purchased the highest-level, most comprehensive extended warranty available for my GWM P-Series through the dealership, administered by Hollard Insurance and Motorite Administrators, and I feel completely misled.

It was sold as if it were essentially a continuation of the factory warranty, offering real peace of mind. In reality, it does not function that way at all.

My air conditioning failed due to a cracked evaporator—clearly not caused by misuse, especially with a full service history done on time every time—yet the claims process has been slow, unclear, and difficult.

The dealership has significant control over how faults are described, which can directly impact whether a claim is approved or declined. This creates a situation where you may end up paying out of pocket while they still profit from the repair.

You are also required to approve costly diagnostic disassembly upfront, taking full financial risk, only to later be told the component is not covered by any warranty.

What was sold as top-tier protection has turned into an expensive lesson. I would strongly caution anyone to fully understand the fine print before purchasing this type of warranty.
