Complaint on Life cover disability at Hollard Life

I submitted a claim for disability in 2022 at Hollard life after I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in December 2021 and got injured with a calcaneus bone fracture. I have a permanent disability that I am unable to do certain daily activities and according to my Life cover contract I am supposed to paid be paid 50% of my life cover amount if I have an inability to perform 2 daily activities but I am getting no joy with y claim. I submitted all requirements they needed and last requirement was a report from an orthopedic but still no positive outcome with my claim
