I am writing this to let you know how much I appreciate the consistently excellent work of Jean Billings. She has an exceptional talent in dealing with people and is the best representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Even though she is by far the top representative, she is humble, gracious, and very respectful. She has done a fantastic job with handling my complaint. Jean is literally never in a bad mood and seems to genuinely enjoy her job. I wish I could clone her and fill the centers with 1,000 Jean’s.
