Complaint

I cancelled one of my policies with Hollard Insurance two months ago and I have been battling to get a refund for the past two months. I have been calling none of the agents can assist me and I have sent numerous complaints to the complaints department and no one has bothered in resolving my compliant neither gotten back to me with some sort of feedback. I have spoken to a Team Leader on the 7th December and she has promised to get back to me by COB and to this day she has not returned my call neither responded to any of my emails.
