September 2021 I claim till today I haven’t received a call or payment from hollard insurance company for my late father. I keep on calling them and they keep on dropping to phone in my ears already lack of communication and customer service. They escalated my account to other the department till today they haven’t send or call and updated.I reinstate my account and I was behind by 2 months and September I pay R1700 and claim via WhatsApp and I call them to check did they received a claim they said no 1 of the consultants send the email with forms with a reference number and she told me my account is active that’s y she send the forms. I wasted my airtime,energy and time till today they have responded,I call them today 24 feb , they said all my accounts is lapse and dropped to call in my ears like I said customer service sucks and the branch is closed in potchefstroom because of customer are not happy about the service old mutual is the best went comes to service
