Claims

I have a policy with Hillard for my parents, my mom passed on and I called to claim it took 3 weeks for them to pay out I had to borrow money to bury my mother, I did follow ups after the funeral and I was told that's no claim in the system when I did claim and I was told it will clear after 24 hours, my mom passed away on the 12 July 2021 and I only received the money on the 06th August which the money that I received it was not according to the contract I signed *** ***
