Claim not paid to date

I write this with great regret as to why i trusted Hollard life with funeral insurance. My dad passed away last year december 26/12/2020 and i lodged a claim on the 31/12/2020. Till this day Hollard has not paid the funeral claim. Im gonna voice out this bad service on every social network so that people can get to know just how mean is Hollard client services.
