Claim denied

So all insurers don't like paying out actually They would look for the every reason in the book not to pay a client out. Hollard broke our hearts times two when it denied to payout a funeral plan benefit when my mom's sister's passed away.. BECAUSE HER NAME WAS SPELLED WRONG...REALLLY??? ID numbers were correct!!!!
