Claim completed

Im writing this response to Thank Hellopeter

well i did log complain under Hollard finrite insurance under Edgars and they did respond and they gave me a call and confirmed details on claim and they have completed the claim and they has sent me the cellphone which im pleased with the way they handled the issue after i logged a complaint was the way they should handle queries in future to ensure the customers are happy and Natasha who called me assisted perfectly and also apologised on behave of company but i never got the reason why it was delayed.
