A month ago i was notified that my funeral policy premium increased by r50,85 To day i was notified of another increase of 6%. I called and ask why when i already had an increase. I was told due to huge payouts and increase was implemented last month, this 6% increase is my actually annual increase.d a copy of my original contract and was told an email will be sent immediately... it is now 5hrs no email.... IS THIS EVEN LEGAL.... so in July 2021 R353.25 was debited then August 2021 R404.37 on the 20th October 2021 R 446.86.... I feel cheated.
