Change of debit date

<p>I contacted Hollard early last month (May 2016) to change my debit order date from the 20th of the month to the 23rd of the month. The call was completed and the agent said it had been done and that this month I will be debited on the 23rd. </p> <p> </p> <p>To my dismay this was not upheld and I was still debited on the 20th. Please can you rectify this as it cause cashflow issues for me last month and I do not want that to happen again this month.</p>
