Cellphone Claim - no feedback

It has been two weeks - I have followed up with you guys numerous times and no luck with feedback, my past few calls I am asked to hold the line - thereafter the call cuts after holding very long, what is up with the Callcentre? when will i receive feedback ? i have a few reference numbers

can I please get feedback ?
