Hope all is well.

I have a cell phone insurance with your company and now you guys give us finrite number that we have to contact if we need help or if we have claims but we struggle to get hold of them is there any way we can get help from finrite .

Please assist us please I have put a claim on the 19 April till today I haven't heard anything from them .
