cell phone insurance

I have a cell phone insurance with hollard and It ones had a creen problem where buy it just become black and sometime when you unlock it it shows that you have covered the screen . I the called hollard they collect my phone and fit it ,it worked and few month after it started again and now it is almost a year I pay the inusrance but they say they cant fix it cause it is over 3 month since they have fix it ,so if it was in that oeriod of 3 month they would fix it . so I really dont know what to do now .

here is my claim no sc023368 dated last june 2023.
I just need to know how I must handle this issue of my cell phone insurance.I mean they have fixed the phone and it worked but it started to give me the SAME problem that it was fixed for.

I mean I can't send the phone in for repair if it does not have a problem,responding to the fact that my insurance said I should have brought the phone in within 3 month I mean it did not give me a problem in that period of the month.
I'm now paying the insurance for the phone that has a problem and sometimes I can't even answer it because it rings and I can see who is calling me cause the screen is black.

Good Morning
I just need to know is it fair for a person to payy for insurance for the device that is having a problem? I mean I m paying my cell phone insuranrance but I struggle using the phone .i wish i can attach the picture here so that you guys can tell me who can use or pay insurance and have the kind of a proble that im facing with this phone .
?I mean If holland cant fix or help me with this phone why cant they give me back my money from the day I put claim in so I can buy my self a new phone .
