Celinhlanhla Pearl Ngobese mislead me to taking a policy

Celinhlanhla Pearl Ngobese misleaded me to take a policy, she offered me an upgrade to my mother's *** and said in case of my mother's passing after 6 months I will get 45 000 and if the 6 months has not passed I will get 25 000 from the old policy before the upgrade. She also advised me that this policy is my mother's and I will also be covered in it. What alarmed me was when my sister's policy was not debited on the same day and I contact the contact center, the lady explained to me that I now have 3 policies with Hollard and the one I thought was an upgrade it is not an upgrade.

I am really disappointed because the consultant mislead me to take a policy.
