Cashback runaround

My enquiry in relation to cashback for one of my insured funeral covers. Iv been subjected to rude ignorance. I imagine what will happen in a case where my insured or I get deceased if the organization ignores you just for an amount of cashback. The frustration one goes through with these corporates is sad.
