Cash back still not paid out

October 2015 is the year I was due for my cash back (policy no: HOLLARDINSNE***K). After paying my monthly premiums to Hollard for the past 5 year, I called up Hollard in the same month to find out when the money will be paid out to me. Up to date no one has been able to tell me when the money will be paid out, mind you today is the 4th January 2016 and the money should have been paid out end October 2015. I sent and email to [Email Removed] and Chantell confirmed that the money will be paid into my account end October, but nothing. Then I went on to calling and talking to a call Agent by the name of Chrissy on *** and my caller reference numbers were ***6 and ***6, she was not helpful at all made promises to get back to me regarding my enquirers but I ended up calling her to follow up. This is the worst service I have ever received and thought I should warn others about Hollard. They are soo efficient at taking our money but give us sh#t service in return.<br> <br> <br> <br>
