On the 22nd Feb 2018 i put in my claim for my money back on the 28th Feb 2018 i received an sms saying "i put in a money back claim" that was the first & last sms i received, was that to shut me up??? HELL NO!!! i want my money. It's been 3weeks and all i'm getting is reference numbers. Can someone kindly contact me with this regard and explain to me when i'll be getting my money.
This is really poor service.
