Can't get hold of customer service

Good Day I've been trying to call Hollard ( Regent) regarding my funeral policy. Unfortunately I tried calling every customer service number without success. I also sent emails several times and still no response. Can you kindly provide me with a direct number because I want to make changes on my policies.
