Cant cancel hollard insurance

Our insurance broker has been unable to cancel our insurance cover with Hollard. This is extremely frustrating as we are now forced to reverse debit orders for premiums that go off our account.

Please can you assist our broker to have our insurance canceled as we cannot afford the payment of the premium any longer.
