Cancelling policy plans

A few months ago I join the legal plan, I received calls promising me details about my plan from policy number etc but nothing happens,then I was added to funeral something explicitly declines, now when I check my credit enquiries I see Hollard life and ran out of airtime while cancelling it,I tried several calls cancelling everything but at this pattern with Hollard staff having authority to add or debit me at any service I am no longer feel secure.
