Cancelling funeral policy

Here is my update from me trying to cancel my funeral policy with Hollard, they are refusing to cancel, is it their strategy because even last time I was told I have to call after because the debit order must go through, why would you want to debit someone who doesn’t want your policy anymore, Hollard cancel the policy and make sure I am not debited, what kind of company is this that does things like this, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this, this is the worst service I have ever experienced, hey hollard cancel the policy I don’t want it and don’t Debit my money
