Cancellation of policy

On 15 September after speaking to one of your consultants with regard to cancelling a mortgage protection policy, I was advised to either fax or email the request along with supporting docs to [Email Removed] which I did. <br> <br> The automated response I received promised a response within 48 hours. Today, 13 days later, I received a regurgitated parrot-fashioned response from one, Mavis Ndlovu, stating that a cession cancellation letter was required to effect the cancellation. If she had opened all the attachments to that email, she would have noticed that I had gone through the trouble of attaching all the relevant information and documentation required!<br> <br> I understand there to be a 30 day notice period so I'm happy for this month to be my final instalment. I, however, refuse to send any further documentation requested by that *********** staff member of yours. I suggest you look into this matter, find that email and cancel the policy.<br> <br> Policy ***<br> <br> Original email was sent on 15/09/2015 at 09:34am.
