Cancellation of Hollard life

Good day Someone signed me up for a hollard life membership without giving me all of the details. Before paying the entry, I immediately told them to cancel my entire membership because I am not interested. This was wils I was still in the store, right after they took my details. I specifically told them I don’t have the funds to pay this as I am a student. A month later R122 was deducted from my account as well as another for R120. I phoned them and politely asked them to cancel my membership, the lady said that it would take 24 hours. Today another debit order went of for R122. This is after the second time that I asked them to cancel the membership that I did not authorise. I don’t know what to do anymore, it seems as if they are just ignoring my requests.
