Cancellation Letter

I'm still complaining about Hollard Insurance. I cancelled my policy with them because they decided to change the policy I signed.

So, when I asked for the cancellation letter, they said they will email it to me. But they didn't. If I try to call them again, they will my calls, but once I start speaking about the cancellation letter they hung up on me.

I still need my cancellation letter.
