Cancel funeral Insurance Policy - Very Difficult

Please can someone contact me as I am immigrating and my account is now closed and it is impossible to cancel this funeral cover. I call to Hollard and you say it's Direct Axis.

My phone number is *** and my email address is *** / I have emails to Hollard as well as Direct Axis. I attempted to cancel this last month already and my account is now closed.
