By far the worst underwriters ever
By far the worst underwriters ever. Submitted a Funeral claim on Tuesday, it's way past 48hrs and it has not paid out yet. Tried phoning Hollard just to hold on a line for 57 Minutes without any answer. Are you running a Circus or Business. I will never join any insurance policy if underwritten by Hollard. Never!!!!
