Boycott Hollard!

This has to be one of the worst places to take out a funeral policy. It's been 7 days ago my mom submitted a claim to bury her aunt and this funeral claim still hasn't been sorted out. The correct paperwork was sent but we find ourselves having to phone and follow up numerous times. My mom have had to go into debt now because of this uselessness of Hollard to bury our family member. This is not the first time we've had problems with Hollard but it will definitely be the last as we are moving all our policies as far away from Hollard as possible. You guys should be ashamed at how you handle claims especially when people are already dealing with difficulty. Never again!!!!!! PEOPLE SHOULD BOYCOTT HOLLARD!
