bottomless pit

I have a funeral cover with Hollard insurance. according the deal, they are supposed to pay me a cash back bonus if i am claim free for 5 years. now it is time to get that bonus, but they just gone quiet. only thing they are calling me everyday for now is to increase my cover, therefore my premium.

Several times I said I am not able to afford to increase my cover. Still they decided to increase my premium with almost R50. i am not sure that is a penalty for refusing to increase my cover.

so disappointing. they only want money for self enrichment.
